FARM:
This 1034 ha cattle farm is situated close to Musina in the Limpopo province and has been well looked after by the owner. The veld is sweet veld with 6 cattle camps and 7 waterholes. The infrastructure is ideal for cattle farming and no overgrazing has occurred. There are 3 boreholes with more than enough water, 2 of which are equipped with escom power and 1 has a windmill. The tar road splits the farm into two sizes of approximately 600ha and 400ha, of which the latter is split into two sections of 100ha and 300ha by a gravel road.
There is a small weekend house on the fram with 2 outside rooms and a slaughter room with a cold room and escom power. The farm has cattle fencing but two sides has been game fenced.
The trees vary from wild syringa, boabab, Mopani, shepherd's tree, red bush willow etc.
