IMPROVEMENTS:
The main house is 300m2 in size, and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, wash room, pantry, and an enclosed stoep. Burglar proofing and an alarm system have been installed, and large garden as been equipped with an irrigation system. The house along with the garden have been fenced off.
The second house is 160m2, and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge, kitchen, and 2 stoeps. A gas stove and geyser have also been provided. Burglar proofing has also been fitted. There is braai area outside in garden, and an irrigation system has also been set up. This area has also been nicely fenced off.
The outbuildings are 116m2 in size, and inlcude a double garage and store rooms that have been supplied with electricity. The workers quarters consist of 2 rooms, a supply of both hot & cold water, a toilet and a shower.
The farm can be used for a variety of uses due to the large amount of water available. There is a water stream that is active for 8 months of the year and supplies water to both a ground dam and the water cribs for the cattle. There is also a water fountain that delivers water through a 100mm pipe to more water cribs. The ground dam is approx. 3000m3 and is fed by the stream. There are 5 boreholes, 4 of which are equipeed, and 3 of which are used together to aid the land irragation. The 3 boreholes deliver 90 000 l/hr, 40 000 l/hr, and 15 000 l/hr respectively. There is a cement dam that has a water volume of approx. 10 000L. The farm is game-fenced and Eskom power is provided.
