- The bank will grant a maximum loan of between 50 to 60% of their valuation of the farm, so a deposit for the remaining amount will be required from the buyer.
- Please feel free to contact us to assist you in the pre-purchase process as there are many things to consider before buying a farm.
To ensure your request is specific, please add the following information:
- The area you would like the farm to be in
- The preferred price range
- The type of farm you are interested in (eg. game farm or cattle farm etc)
- The size of the farm in hectares (ha)
- Improvements (eg. lodge, game fence, house, etc)
